I, Lars Velde, received my degree as a Diplom-Kaufmann in 1995 from the University of Tübingen. I then worked for over three years in an auditing firm, gaining in-depth experience in financial accounting, preparation of financial statements, and business plans, as well as consulting on startups and funding.

Clients ranged from sole proprietors to partnerships and corporations across various industries and sizes.

Afterward, I spent 20 years at an industrial company in the boiler and plant construction sector. For over 10 years, I was responsible for all areas of controlling and later became the CFO of the group. From the end of 2011, I served as CEO, being accountable for the company’s strategic direction, personnel development, planning, controlling, and international relations in Eastern Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.

Several successful mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects were also implemented under my leadership.

Since 2018, I have been active as a consultant and business advisor through my company, VELDE Consulting GmbH. I apply the extensive experience I have gained over 25+ years in practice in a constructive manner.
